How would you like to see this behind the scenes?

When an Olympic figure-skating athlete doesn't get the gold, they can watch the gold medal winner's performance back to see where they fell short.

  • They can study what the winner did.
  • They can see the categories the winner was scored in and what their scores were.
  • They can have a real example of what winning looks like to base their adjustments on.

With job interviewing, you get none of that.

  • You don't know what was said in the winning interview.
  • You don't know what categories you're being scored in.
  • You simply don't have insight into the winner's process.

So how can you correct effectively?

This makes interviewing feel almost impossible. What did you leave out, fail to mention, or not communicate clearly? What did you forget (or never know) was important in the first place?

So you go on another interview blind. You can't know what you did wrong, what you needed to adjust or include, or what you needed to ask upfront next time to deliver better answers.

You can guess, and you will learn something eventually, but you can't really KNOW.

I've created something that solves this:

An in-depth example of success

Not future success once, but success today, and success over and over.

Same concepts. Same stories (yes, many of the same stories). First try in the new job market.

Interview success principles that are timeless. And I know now, with my whole being, that they work in any market.

I recently landed a job for a role I was maybe 50% qualified for, with skills that were outdated. I was the person they chose, even though they interviewed candidates who were potentially more current and more qualified. Within the week, the offer was in my inbox.

Why? Because I know exactly what they need to hear from me. I know exactly how to make them feel comfortable working with me. I know exactly how to create the trust they need to feel when they don't know me or have never worked with me.

And while it was fresh in my mind, I debriefed the whole thing in great detail.

Yes, I want the interview cheat code please!

If you'd like to get your hands on it, here's what you're going to get:

Inside the deep dive:

  • The exact answers I gave (proven over and over again to get me hired)
  • The exact stories I shared, WHY I shared them, and what they were meant to do
  • The ways I built connection, strategically mentioning things about my personal life that related to the job
  • The answers that created the vibe of yes
  • The 3 questions I asked at the end (2 serious and one fun)

This was an interview for local government. Serious, precise, and scored specifically in 4 categories (I learned this later on). I nailed all 4 categories with everything I teach.

Plus:

  • A full deep-dive document of the entire process.
  • Your own prep documents (ideal if prepping for an upcoming interview).
  • 1-2 hours to go through this and truly absorb it into your being.
Yes, I want the behind the scenes to a successful interview!

Mind Over Market. What to prepare your mind with to go in, come out, and "wait" with F.U.L.L. confidence. The mode I operated from before, during, and after, until the offer came in.

This was my mindset behind energy + words.

I don't freeze when they ask me something. I don't get caught up or go on a tangent and ramble. I get clear on what's being asked, and I give them an answer they can't fault.

There is a reason I love interviews. And after this, you will too.

Yes, I'm in! Please give me all this info!
